The vision of our Founder and Managing Director, Vijay Yeolekar, influences our work. With over 30 years of expertise in the real estate sector as a contractor and developer, he has established an exemplary record with his philosophy of transparency and knowledge-driven construction projects. After completing his Civil Construction Engineering at the University of Pune, he launched Vijayraj Contractors in 1991, which transformed into a renowned residential housing development company. Over the years, Vijay Yeolekar has championed projects across Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, and Dubai! He was appointed as the Expert Partner alongside the Dodsal Group, an illustrious partnership that completed a 207-villa landmark project and other civil work projects in Dubai.
